About the Position: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful execution of audiovisual integration projects from initiation through closeout.

This role leads project delivery by aligning customer expectations, project objectives, schedules, resources, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader who excels at managing multiple projects, mitigating risks, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead audiovisual integration projects through all phases of execution, from project kickoff through final closeout.

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate risks, issues, and decisions in a timely manner.

Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting minutes, and project records while ensuring compliance with PMO standards.

Coordinate staffing, travel requirements, and shared resources to support successful project execution.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum of two years of college coursework required. 5+ years of professional project management experience; or an equivalent combination of project management and audiovisual industry experience.

Working knowledge of commercial construction processes and terminology.
