Project Manager

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.​ Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.​ Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.​ Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.​ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.​ Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication, ensuring accurate and timely updates to management.​ Collaborate with planning and cost control teams to ensure alignment between execution progress, budgets, and forecasts.​ Support risk identification and mitigation efforts, ensuring proactive management of construction-related challenges.​ Lead value engineering initiatives during construction, identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality, functionality, or project objectives.​
