Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing enablement for Patsnap customers in the life sciences sector.

Serve as a trusted customer partner and subject-matter expert in Patsnap's life sciences products.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid position in the Toronto office, with an expectation to work from the office on Wednesdays.
Core responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and enablement projects and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and success measures.
- Coordinate customer stakeholders and internal teams and proactively address risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers.
- Deliver product training, workshops, best-practice sessions, webinars, and scalable enablement programs.
- Monitor product adoption, lead project updates and reviews, and communicate progress clearly.
- Capture customer feedback for Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.
- Identify opportunities for additional Patsnap products or services and continuously improve delivery approaches.
Required qualifications
- Customer- or client-facing experience with strong presentation skills.
- University degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline.
- Ability to translate complex scientific information for scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and collaboratively, learn technical concepts quickly, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Comfort with technology and interest in AI for scientific research and innovation.
- Based within commuting distance of the Toronto office and comfortable with hybrid work.
Preferred qualifications
- Customer-facing project experience in life sciences, scientific software, SaaS, consulting, customer success, implementation, or a related environment.
- Experience with AI or agentic AI, intellectual property, scientific research, drug discovery, or R&D workflows.

Compensation
- The hiring range is $70,000–$75,000 CAD base salary and is bonus eligible for one month's salary.
