Role Overview

Project Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules, material budgets, manpower budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Check purchase orders against project proposal terms and administer technical engineering information.
• Conduct regular project meetings with project teams and customers and distribute meeting information.
• Coordinate design and build development through manpower schedules and spreadsheets.
• Generate historical data and maintain revision summaries for contract changes.
• Collect, communicate, and obtain customer approval for FAT and SAT results.
• Initiate invoices at customer milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
• At least two years of project development experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and controls aspects of factory automation systems.
• Working knowledge of PC-based Microsoft applications for business.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels.

Work Environment

• The role is based in a normal office environment with occasional exposure to high noise levels and physical hazards when visiting the manufacturing floor.
• The employee may need to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
