- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross functional team collaboration, fostering effective communication and problem solving to overcome project hurdles
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of ITSM processes and tools, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
Requirements
- Experience leading successful delivery of ITSM projects
- Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong facilitation and cross functional team collaboration skills
- Experience overseeing implementation and adoption of ITSM processes and tools (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management)
