Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Experience in configuring and managing core HR modules including Global HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management
- Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements
- Ability to develop and maintain complex security roles and profiles
- Experience designing and executing data conversion and migration strategies from legacy systems
