The Project Manager Intern provides the functional support necessary to coordinate complex advisory engagements across the Gulf region.

This role exists to ensure that the facts surrounding a commercial call are organized, verified, and ready for senior advisors to interpret.

You will help bridge the gap between raw market data and the strategic choices our clients make.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain project maps that track the progress of market entry initiatives and governance changes.
  • Research specific regional counterparties to understand their history, current incentives, and previous commercial patterns.
  • Draft internal briefing notes that strip away corporate fluff to present the core facts of a situation.
  • Monitor regional news and regulatory announcements in the Gulf to identify shifts that might impact our active client files.
  • Coordinate the administrative timeline of engagements, ensuring that advisors have the necessary data before key sessions.
  • Update internal databases with regional economic figures and sovereign wealth activity.

  • The ability to write clearly and concisely without relying on buzzwords or vague sentences.
  • A methodical approach to research that prioritizes primary sources and verified data over speculation.
  • A genuine interest in how regional economics and family-led enterprises function in the Middle East.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically regarding the accuracy of names, dates, and financial figures in briefings.
  • The discipline to manage your own schedule within a remote environment while meeting internal deadlines.
  • A professional mindset that understands the importance of discretion when handling sensitive commercial information.
