- Plan, manage, and oversee all stages of interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to meet client and company expectations. Review drawings, material approvals, and subcontractor performance. Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead site meetings and prepare project progress reports for management.
