Job Purpose

  • Responsible for end to end Project Management Activities related to a large scale Transformation Project and all the related Initiatives defined as pillars of the program.
  • The role delivers Project Management Outputs for the Transformation Program centralizing business, functional, operational and technical aspects of the Program.
  • The role requires the incumbent to plan, manage, execute, track and implement complex corporate banking functional and technology solutions including complex projects, and ensure delivery in line with customer expectation, within the base lined schedule, budget and scope parameters.

Key Result Areas

  • Creation of the Program Master Plan which has to incorporate all the initiatives defined as pillars of the program.
  • Each Initiative should have a concrete Project Plan that will be part of the Consolidated Transformation Project Master Plan.
  • Defining milestones, activities, resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, critical paths and contingency actions.
  • Agreeing the master plan with stakeholders and presenting recommendations to the Steering Committee.
  • Coordinate the Plan executions including all steps of the process: design, development, testing, roll out and stabilization.
  • Include activities that will complement the Transformation Program e.g. building blocks of an Ecosystem.
  • Manage collaboration of the business case, including Finance teams for funding and budget tracking.
  • Reporting with highest standards, accurate, timely and well organized.
  • Vendor Management: coordinate activities and outputs of all vendors.
  • Design project plans to engage customers in the process.
  • Execute Front to Back digitalization initiative, coordinating all necessary areas of the Bank.
  • Facilitate project plans to assure proper integration of ongoing digital initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • More than 5 years of experience as PMO and concrete evidence of direct management of complex End to End systems implementations.
  • Expert knowledge of new Digital Trends of the Market and concrete experience in the implementations of most of them.
  • Expert in Implementations techniques, including Waterfall and Agile, and in the usage of PMO specific reporting and tracking tools.
  • Cross border team management experience.
  • Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.
  • Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
  • Strong Program management and general management skills.
  • Strives for tangible goals.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Commercially focused at aligning business strategy with technology.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
