Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in Furniture and Fit-Out, located in Riyadh.
- The individual will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and completion of furniture and fit-out projects.
- Responsibilities include organizing project timelines, managing resources, supervising procurement and expediting processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to meet project goals and timelines will be key aspects of this role.
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in furniture fitting and installation
- Strong knowledge of cladding works and all related finishing aspects
- Experience managing site operations, installation teams, and project timelines
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Fit-out experience is considered a strong advantage
- 🔹 Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from execution to handover
- Supervise furniture fitting, cladding, and finishing works on-site
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and project requirements are achieved
- Coordinate technical and operational activities between all stakeholders
