About the Role
ATRIUM PROJECTS seeks an FF&E Procurement Manager to lead procurement for hospitality, residential, and commercial projects in Riyadh. The role requires proven experience in FF&E procurement, strong supplier relationships, and coordination with design and project teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle for FF&E packages, from sourcing and supplier selection to purchase order issuance and delivery coordination
- Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations to achieve optimal value, quality, and project compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Coordinate closely with design, technical, and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with specifications, budgets, and project timelines
- Monitor production schedules, lead times, shipment status, and supplier performance
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and procurement schedules for management and project stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining quality and design standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in FF&E procurement for hospitality, residential, or commercial fit out projects
- Strong background in furniture manufacturing environments and direct sourcing from furniture factories
- Demonstrated experience working with regional and international suppliers, manufacturers, and export oriented production facilities
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation skills
- Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Strong analytical, commercial, and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems
- Professional procurement certifications (CIPS or equivalent) are advantageous
