Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from design concept to final handover
- Develop detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address delays
- Coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring smooth collaboration among subcontractors
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure exceptional quality standards for all finishes including paint, flooring, joinery, ceilings, partitions
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols across all project sites
- Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and internal teams
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure proper integration of MEP systems with interior finishes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in interior fit outs, luxury finishes, or commercial projects
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or construction management are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and MEP integration
- Familiarity with GCC construction standards, building codes, and fast track project environments is preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in construction

What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in interior fit outs, luxury finishes, or commercial projects (e.g., hospitality, offices, retail spaces).
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or construction management are highly desirable.
