We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of EPC projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive successful project outcomes and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and innovation.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
Advanced knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (OSHA, NFPA, API, etc.).
Experience in managing large-scale, multi-discipline projects.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and management.
Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, with regular site visits required to monitor project progress, conduct safety audits, and ensure adherence to project specifications. The role may involve occasional travel to client sites or other project locations. A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence is essential when working in both office and field environments.
Reporting Structure: The Project Manager - EPC will report to the Director of Project Management or Senior Project Manager. The role will also involve significant collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and safety departments.
