Lead and manage one or multiple commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client requirements and company goals.
Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve issues that arise.
Monitor project costs, implement cost-saving measures, and identify potential financial risks, developing solutions to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proactive and effective communication with customers, internal teams, and business partners.
Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout reports.
Assist with the bidding process and contract negotiations as needed.
Lead efforts to continually improve project delivery processes.
Supervise the work of Project Engineers and Project Coordinators when assigned.
Collaborate and coordinate with the Director of Safety to ensure that field operation personnel have the appropriate training and resources to perform work safely.

Up to 10% local travel to offices and/or job sites.
Associate degree in construction management or related field. In lieu of an associate’s degree, we will accept 2 years’ experience in a construction management-related position.
Working knowledge of electrical construction, design, finance, and management.
Ability to maximize employee performance through innovative and effective management techniques.
Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.).
Ability to make decisions and recommendations that significantly impact the company's relationship with clients and project profitability.
