- Coordination of planning, ordering, installation, and follow-up
- Maintain strong, positive relationships
- Maintain and update records
- Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
- Review and process all contracts and change orders
- Requisition needed supplies and materials
- Dispatch technicians to complete work
- Process permits and inspections
- Implement project work plans and revise details as necessary
- Oversee quality assurance procedures
- Knowledge of project management and the ability to apply project management concepts to electrical construction projects
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field
- Commercial electrical project engineering experience
- Demonstrated success in handling the administrative side of project management
- Seeking information from a variety of sources, in a variety of ways, to clarify situations and facilitate effective planning, decision-making and problem-solving
- Developing and implementing logical approaches to problems
- Keeping desired results in mind by having set goals and focusing on achieving them
- Demonstrating keen attention to detail
- Not being afraid to provide constructive feedback in a professional and meaningful way
- Fostering teamwork to make the dream work!
- Salary ranges from $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience level
- Annual bonus potential
