Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Project Manager to join our on-site team in Dubai.
The Project Manager will coordinate all project phases, manage schedules, oversee budgets, and ensure high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include leading project teams, facilitating communication with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and managing logistics, expediting, and inspections.
The role requires collaboration with designers, contractors, and clients to guarantee the successful execution of projects that align with the company’s standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality effectively
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure smooth project progression
- Knowledge of Inspection practices and quality assurance processes
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including planning and coordinating resources
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is highly desirable
