Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates
- Manage and coordinate designers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, project specifications, and Dubai regulations
- Monitor expenses, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost effective solutions
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Facilitate kick off meetings with business units and prepare Project Charter
- Manage, control, and communicate changes to stakeholders and obtain approvals
Requirements
- Strong Project Management skills including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement and delivery
- Inspection skills to verify work quality and compliance
- Logistics Management skills to manage schedules and supply chains
- Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or fit out projects, preferably in UAE or GCC
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design or CAD software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic skills are a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Project Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Project Manager will oversee interior design and turnkey projects from concept through completion, coordinating design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills to manage schedules, supply chains, and site operations efficiently.
- Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or fit out projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design or CAD software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
