Project Manager

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks
• Develop project work breakdown structures to clearly outline the scope to be delivered
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timeline
• Manage the day-to-day activities to manage the project through the entire project lifecycle
• Communicate and ensure stakeholders of different levels are kept in the loop of project progress
• Manage risks and issues, and work with the necessary owners to apply management strategies
• Develop reports and dashboard to report on project progress
• Take accountability and responsibility for the lifecycle of the project
• Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
• Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up
• Assist in development of presentations and collect relevant information for the project

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical /Paramedical is required
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant role, out of which 3 years performing project management
• Experience in implementing and supporting various clinical systems and applications, such as electronic medical record (EMR) systems, laboratory information systems (LIS), pharmacy systems, radiology systems, and others
• Experience and knowledge of implementing national health information exchange, electronic prescribing, pharmaceutical supply chain management and diseases condition management is beneficial
• Experience in working with vendors to coordinate the implementation and integration of clinical systems and applications
• Experience managing resources, time, and budget
• Healthcare technology project management experience is necessary
• Experience with following international project management methodologies such as PMP, and/or Prince2
