About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Lead and deliver high quality construction projects across multiple sites
- Coordinate with QS, procurement, engineering, and HSE teams
- Manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
- Control project budgets, variations, and change management
- Handle contract administration and consultant/client coordination
- Manage authority approvals and inspections
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Implement risk management and mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Master’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management (added advantage)
- 10+ years in construction with minimum 5+ years as Project Manager on infrastructure, external works, and landscaping projects
- Strong experience in managing full project lifecycle — planning to handover
- Proven track record in delivering landscape & infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Deep knowledge of external works, utilities, roads, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
- Experience in contract administration and consultant/client coordination
- Strong control over project budgets, variations, and change management
- Experience in authority approvals and inspections (UAE preferred)
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and method statements

- Strong decision making and problem solving capability
- High level of commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to lead cross functional and multicultural teams
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), Arabic is an additional advantage
