About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for landscaping and infrastructure works (softscape, hardscape, irrigation, utilities, and external works)
- Perform quantity take offs from drawings and project specifications
- Review and analyze tender documents, identify scope gaps, and prepare technical and commercial clarifications
- Support the Procurement Department in preparing RFQs and bid packages
- Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams on commercial and technical matters
- Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns
- Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in construction procurement, preferably in landscaping and infrastructure projects
- UAE experience preferred
- Strong understanding of landscaping and infrastructure scopes and materials
- Advanced skills in Excel and BOQ preparation
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
