- Maintain and manage company documents in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed for all incoming and outgoing documents
- Organize and maintain document filing systems for easy retrieval
- Track and update document revisions, versions, and approvals
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, review, and distribute documents
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain records of project or operational documents and prepare reports when required
- Assist in preparing and updating document logs, registers, and trackers
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 4 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in landscaping, infrastructure projects or project based environments
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Document Controller to manage, track, and maintain company documents in an efficient and secure manner.
