- Manage self performed complex repair and restoration projects
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal contracts teams
- Develop and manage schedules in collaboration with field leadership
- Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials including projections
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
- Work closely with in house Estimators and Sales teams to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals
- Evaluate risk and loss exposure on projects managed
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Demonstrate dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction and/or restoration industry
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing
- Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects
- Experience managing projects involving structural concrete repair, waterproofing, facade repair, and/or historic restoration
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools
- Strong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring on time delivery
- Flexibility to travel within the GCC
- Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred

Role Overview
- We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in our Abu Dhabi office, with potential support for projects in Dubai.
- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects that make structures in the UAE and GCC stronger and last longer.
Responsibilities
- Managing self performed complex repair and restoration projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/construction management or related field of study
- 5 12 years of relevant experience within the Commercial construction and / or restoration industry
- Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred
- Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects
- Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair and/or historic restoration
- Proven knowledge of computer based programs including Microsoft Office as well as project management and forecasting tools
- Strong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others
- The ability to work effectively with a team
- Capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring successful and on time delivery
- Job location is in the UAE with flexibility to travel within the GCC
