Responsibilities
- Manage generally 3 6 projects at a time with aggregate value $1 $5 million
- Effectively manage changed conditions, estimate and prepare change orders
- Perform financial management including production tracking, billing, forecasting, and percent complete accounting
- Understand and utilize Critical Path Method scheduling
- Promote 24/7 safety culture and ensure safety standards are met
- Interpret, plan, and execute specification requirements
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders
- Develop budgets, track job costs, and forecast project progress
- Mentor and coach team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of Construction Management / Civil Engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of company job management (Procore) and forecasting tools
- Strong scheduling software knowledge
- Solid leadership skills and demonstrated ability to train and mentor
- Ability to manage generally 3 6 projects at a time
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to work 50 55 hours per week and have flexible work hours
- Willing to work at heights up to 650 feet
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ability to manage generally 3 6 projects at a time.
- Successfully manages projects of moderate complexity with aggregate value generally $1 $5 million.
- Effectively manages changed conditions, estimates and prepares change orders.
- Negotiates and resolves minor disputes relative to authority limits.
- Knows the importance of financial management on projects; has strong skills of production tracking, billing, forecasting, and percent complete accounting.
- Understands Critical Path Method sequencing, work task relationships and resource loading.
- Dedicated to 24/7 safety culture; communicates expectations and holds others accountable.

- Interprets, plans, and executes specification requirements of moderate complexity.
- Assists in planning, directing, and supervising daily activities of project resources.
- Works with Jobsite Superintendents/Foremen to coordinate efforts of technicians or subcontractors.
- Determines labor requirements and dispatches workers to construction sites.
Essential Safety Duties
- Assures all PPE required by safety specs and company policies is worn.
- Assure subcontractors are adhering to Company safety policies and culture.
- Communicates expectations regarding safety culture and holds employees accountable.
- Performs work in strict compliance with jobsite/shop requirements and the Field Guide to Better Safety.
- Accountable for continuous improvement of branch and division safety programs.
- Understands principles of Safety 24/7 and empowers team toward safety goals.
- Examines/inspects work progress, equipment, and jobsites to verify safety standards.
- Ensures jobsite/shop is maintained in a safe manner.
- Performs root cause analyses and utilizes findings as training tool.
- Performs Safety Assessments specified by jobsite.
- Promotes 24/7 Safety Culture.
- Provides leadership/guidance in developing/improving safety protocol.
Physical Requirements
- Able to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator when required.
- Performs physical activity requiring considerable use of arms, legs, and moving whole body.
- Dexterity of hand and fingers to operate a computer, small hand held power tools, office equipment.
- Required to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25lbs without assistance.
- Physical capability to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
- Able to speak and hear detailed information through oral communication.
- Has visual acuity to see items clearly and sharply and to recognize small detail.
Special Requirements
- Ability to Travel Up To 50%.
- Willing to work 50 55 hour per week and have flexible work hours.
- Willing to work at heights up to 650 feet off the ground.
- Possess valid driver's license in order to operate rental cars when traveling for company business.
