- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience in **banking, wealth, or asset management**.
- Strong knowledge of **mutual funds (NAV, subscriptions/redemptions, fund lifecycle)**.
- Good understanding of **sukuk structures, Sharia compliance, and Islamic finance principles**.
- Experience in digital wealth platforms or investment systems.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware).
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilitie
- Strong experience in Product, Program, Consulting, Business Management Roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing and driving customer-centric programs
- Tools: MS Office, PPM tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence; familiarity with test mgmt and release orchestration
