Responsibilities
- Manage all phases throughout project scope, including project set up, design and project coordination meetings.
- Plan and manage project scheduling, project budgets, project staffing, project work plan, and project set up.
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure project standards and QAQC control procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Track and proactively manage the financial performance of project.
- Create and communicate clear project objectives and requirements to key stakeholders.
- Manage the performance of the project team.
- Develop, manage and maintain effective, positive client relationships.
- Ensure Project Terms of Reference are established, confirmed and fulfilled.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience on various mixed use, large scale projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Proven experience delivering hospitality projects during the design phase
- APM or PMP certification would be an advantage
- Licensed as a Professional Architect or Engineer by an internationally recognized body
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; awareness of Revit and AutoCAD

- This position is responsible for managing large scale hospitality projects. Candidates must have proven experience delivering hospitality projects during the design phase.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases throughout project scope, including project set up, design and project coordination meetings.
- Plan and manage project scheduling, project budgets, project staffing, project work plan, and project set up with project team and sub consultants.
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with Technical Leaders and colleagues to promote an inter disciplinary design approach.
- Ensure project standards and QAQC control procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Track and proactively manage the financial performance of project.
- Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements to key stakeholders.
- Manage the performance of the project team.
- Coordinate all other KEO Divisions and sub consultants for projects under your responsibility.
- Develop, manage and maintain effective, positive client relationships.
- Ensure Project Terms of Reference are established, confirmed and fulfilled.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience on various mixed use, large scale projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering. Masters, PhD, or similar is an advantage.
- APM or PMP certification would be an advantage.
- Licensed as a Professional Architect or Engineer by an internationally recognized body.
- Experience in the management of entire project lifecycle of large, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Awareness and understanding of 2D/3D software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
