- Track and report project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Drive effective communication across teams and leadership.
- Conduct post project reviews and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee implementation of financial solutions aligned with business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements in credit and collections.
