Responsibilities
- Process all projects related Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI’s, and Change Orders.
- Manage multiple transportation related construction projects at once.
- Review, track, and markup Construction Schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Chair meetings.
- Interface with clients and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Construction/Engineering related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Minimum of eight (8) years of construction related experience and two(2) years of Project Management experience.
- Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
- Candidate should be motivated, organized, and willing to work in the office and field.
