Construction Inspector

• 3 + years of experience in construction inspection or observation, preferably on land development and/or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and field installation practices for utilities, roads, and site development.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with field reporting or construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple project sites as required.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement plans.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

The projected compensation range for this position is $45,000 to $85,000.

Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, qualifications, and skill set.

FPA recognizes and rewards performance through an annual bonus program.
