About this role
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role involves managing teams, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met
- Manage and direct teams, including designers, field crews, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals
- Optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, for efficient project delivery
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints
- Set realistic timelines for each phase of the project and monitor progress to prevent delays
- Work closely with designers to finalize creative concepts and ensure they align with client visions
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations and timely delivery of materials
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to avoid cost overruns
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
