Project Scope
Manage multi-site CCTV technology and physical security projects from governance and sourcing through commissioning, go-live, and handover.
Coordinate delivery across site readiness, security coverage, regulatory compliance, technical implementation, and operational transition.
Governance and Rollout
- Establish baseline scope and schedule, manage the RAID log, run governance, and provide status reporting using a project management tool.
- Coordinate site readiness, access windows including non-business hours, and phased cutovers across multiple sites.
- Support RFP requirements, clarifications, and evaluation, mobilize the selected vendor, and manage delivery against milestones, quality, and SLAs.
Design, Compliance, and Security
- Develop project design artefacts and facilitate Technology Risk Assessment and Information Security sign-offs.
- Ensure sites meet applicable authority requirements, including MCC/ADMCC, SIRA, and local police requirements.
- Produce evidence packs containing drawings, as-builts, test results, and approvals.
- Coordinate timely remediation of identified CCTV system vulnerabilities with specialist vendors and OEMs.
