Job Summary
Lead the successful delivery of healthcare technology projects across the GCC region.
Manage projects through the full lifecycle while meeting schedule, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple healthcare technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and technical leads.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within project scope and budget.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues proactively.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Gather customer requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management and oversee project change requests.
- Analyze project performance and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Stay updated with healthcare technology trends and industry best practices.
