Job Purpose
Plans, designs, executes, and oversees dialysis center setup projects in hospitals or standalone facilities.
Ensures healthcare standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project timelines are met.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Project sites are located in hospitals across Bangalore and India.
- The position requires extensive travel across Bangalore and India for project activities.
- Work location is in person.
Project Responsibilities
- Leads MEP planning and execution for dialysis center setup projects.
- Coordinates with architects, biomedical teams, hospital management, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepares schedules, monitors progress and quality, and ensures timely completion.
- Identifies, onboards, and manages MEP contractors and vendors.
- Provides regular project updates to management.
MEP Systems
- Plans electrical distribution, UPS and DG backup, earthing, load balancing, and electrical safety.
- Designs and coordinates RO water, drainage, water treatment, and piping systems.
- Plans HVAC and ventilation for temperature, humidity, air quality, and infection-control requirements.
