About the Role
Lead end-to-end operational, financial, and quality performance for approximately 10 dialysis centers.
The role covers a Gujarat cluster and requires travel across assigned centers.
P&L and Financial Management
- Own cluster P&L and deliver revenue, EBITDA, and profitability targets.
- Drive occupancy, machine utilization, and sessions per machine.
- Control manpower, consumables, and operating costs.
- Review financial performance and execute turnaround plans.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, billing, collections, inventory, and working capital improvement.
Operations and Quality
- Lead day-to-day operations across all centers and ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement.
- Support new center commissioning and stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection control.
- Support audits, accreditation, CAPA, and quality improvement with Medical Affairs.
People and Stakeholders
- Coach Center Managers and operational teams.
