The role supports an AI-powered software delivery initiative designed to improve developer productivity.
The successful candidate will coordinate technology initiatives across product, engineering, finance, change management, architecture, risk, and security teams.
Program and delivery leadership
- Support planning and delivery of AI and DevOps platform initiatives, including CI/CD capabilities, developer tooling, and automation platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, product management, security, and operations.
- Maintain roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Execute delivery plans and align platform roadmap priorities with engineering execution.
Platform and product collaboration
- Partner with program leaders to align delivery execution with the DevOps platform roadmap and product priorities.
- Align product objectives and platform capabilities into coordinated delivery.
