Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction and electromechanical contracting in UAE
- Proven expertise in cost estimation and market pricing
- In depth knowledge of construction, finishing works, and electromechanical systems
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of UAE market rates and procurement practices

About the Role
