Leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, risk registers, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates, and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.
- Maintain project documentation, Jira boards, Confluence pages, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to support successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
