We’re seeking a Project Manager (Client Operations Manager) to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, leading implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful adoption of Relatient solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Relatient solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned to defined project scope, timelines, and client objectives.
• Provide clear visibility into project status, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying process improvements, recommending solution designs, and maximizing value related to patient access and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop processes, tools, and best practices that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or SaaS environments
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
