Project Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client data migrations from initiation through hypercare and project closure.
• Manage concurrent migration projects and develop schedules, rehearsals, cutover plans, and rollout strategies.
• Establish governance, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, and project health tracking.
• Drive extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading of client data.
• Coordinate migration waves, pilots, phased migrations, country readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalate critical issues, and drive timely decisions.
• Monitor defects, reconciliation issues, and data discrepancies while maintaining RAID logs and governance documentation.

Key Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of overall technology experience, including 8 to 10 years in project and program management.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project-management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Project Accelerator, Monday.com, and migration planning tools.
• Experience with HR, payroll, benefits, or workforce-management migrations and implementations.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Familiarity with HR integrations, middleware, APIs, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Understanding of country-specific payroll, compliance, statutory reporting, and data-governance requirements.
• PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are preferred.
