Project Manager

Reporting and Controls

• Prepare weekly project status reports for the Site Manager.
• Track status against key performance indicators and contractual metrics.
• Support or conduct formal presentations to clients or management.
• Manage, monitor, inspect, document, and advise on projects as required.

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification with at least seven years of project management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of planning, project programming, project design, project management, and related administrative duties.
• Complete AFIT WMGT 301 and WMGT 322 through the first available offering after hiring.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government clearance.
• Valid state-issued or international driver's license and passport.
• Ability to read and write English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or building science is preferred but not required.
• Prior overseas government contracting experience is preferred.

Work Environment

• The assignment may involve remote and uncomfortable conditions, long hours, weather exposure, and hazardous conditions.
• The role requires weekly visits to construction sites and attendance at inspections or construction events.
