Purpose
Run the department's reporting, governance, and assurance processes so portfolio status is accurate, current, and published on schedule.
Ensure projects follow a consistent process from intake through closeout regardless of project type.
Reporting Production
- Own the weekly Portfolio Dashboard workbook production cycle, including input collection, validation, consolidation, and publication.
- Produce weekly project report packs for the CEO and monthly portfolio summaries for the DG.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and executive briefing material at short notice.
- Maintain the bilingual Glossary and enforce consistent terminology across department outputs.
Data Quality and Registers
- Maintain the Projects, Pipeline, Risks, and Decisions registers.
- Challenge stale, missing, implausible, or self-serving entries before they are published.
- Ensure every high-impact risk has a named owner, mitigation, and review date.
- Track open decisions to closure and report the cost of delay for unresolved decisions.
Governance and Assurance
- Administer intake and stage-gate processes and confirm that criteria and documentation are complete before advancement.
