About the Role

- Establish and manage a robust interface management system
- Coordinate between internal disciplines, external contractors, and the client
- Ensure timely resolution of interface issues
- Prevent delays, rework, and scope gaps arising from poor coordination
- Ensure safe and efficient execution, especially in brownfield and multi package environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Offshore)
- 15–20+ years of experience in EPC projects
- Minimum 5–8 years in Interface Management / Coordination roles
- Proven experience in mega projects (>USD 1 Billion; preferably 3B+)
- Offshore and brownfield project experience
- Strong Middle East experience

Job Summary
- One of our Leading Client is looking for an experienced Project Interface Manager to coordinate and manage interfaces across multiple engineering, construction, client, vendor and stakeholder teams for large scale projects in Abu Dhabi.
Position Details
- Position Title: Project Interface Manager
- Location: Abu Dhabi / Project Office / Multi location (Yards & Offshore)
- Reporting To: Project Director
- Functional Reporting: Project Controls / Engineering Director (as applicable)
- Direct Reports: Interface Engineers, Interface Coordinators
Role Purpose
- To establish and manage a robust interface management system, ensuring seamless coordination between internal disciplines, external contractors, and the client, timely resolution of interface issues, prevention of delays, rework, and scope gaps, and safe and efficient execution, especially in brownf
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Offshore)
- 15–20+ years of experience in EPC projects
- Minimum 5–8 years in Interface Management / Coordination roles
- Proven experience in mega projects (>USD 1 Billion; preferably 3B+)
- Offshore and brownfield projects
- Strong Middle East experience

- Project planning and scheduling fundamentals
- Risk management awareness
