GBH International Group is seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager with 10+ years of relevant construction experience in Dubai, UAE.

The role leads HSE programs, teams, compliance activities, and safety performance across construction projects and sites.

Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, project plans, and safety programs.
Lead HSE teams across construction projects and conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Review risk assessments, method statements, and HSE plans.
Investigate incidents and monitor observations, nonconformance reports, and corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety meetings, training, and awareness programs.
Monitor construction safety controls covering PPE, work at height, lifting, excavation, scaffolding, confined spaces, and hot work.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and regulators.
Prepare HSE reports and records and lead emergency preparedness, drills, audits, and finding closeout.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction.
UAE/GCC construction experience is stated as required/preferred in the source.
