Responsibilities
- Lead multiple luxury residential developments across Dubai
- Oversee end to end project delivery from feasibility through handover
- Manage consultant, contractor, and authority coordination
- Handle budget, schedule, quality, and risk management
- Provide executive reporting to senior management and the Board
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and governance
Requirements
- 25+ years of experience within the construction and real estate development industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 15 years of UAE project delivery experience
- Proven track record delivering large scale masterplan villa and luxury residential developments
- Extensive experience leading projects from concept, design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, through handover
- Strong client side project management experience with the ability to manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of project budgets, cash flow management, cost control, contracts, claims, procurement, and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DLD, DEWA, Civil Defense, RTA, Master Developers, etc.)
- Strong contractual knowledge including FIDIC and contract administration
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills

Role Overview

- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing projects from land acquisition and design through construction, handover, and close out while ensuring the highest standards of quality, cost, and schedule performance.

Key Requirements
- 25+ years of experience within the construction and real estate development industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Strong experience working with both Developers, PMC, and Main Contractors.
- Minimum 15 years of UAE project delivery experience.
- Proven track record delivering large scale masterplan villa and luxury residential developments.
- Extensive experience leading projects from concept, design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, through handover.
- Strong client side project management experience with the ability to manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary project teams and senior management personnel.
