- Support value engineering while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure contractual compliance and coordinate with Legal on commercial matters
- Prepare regular commercial reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience
- Experience in luxury residential or villa developments in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, procurement, cost management, and UAE construction practices
- Professional certification (MRICS, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage

Role Overview
- The Commercial Construction Manager is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual performance of Swank Development’s projects, ensuring effective cost control, procurement, contract administration, and financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, cost planning, and financial reporting.
- Lead tendering, contractor selection, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience
