- Provide technical leadership and interface with proposal management, cost estimation, partners, customers, GE Vernova Product Engineering, procurement, and engineering subcontractors
- Develop specialized knowledge in own discipline and advise on best practices/quality
- Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure implementation within area of responsibility
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks in operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risks
Requirements
- Advanced experience in the function and digital audio workstation (for US roles: Master's degree or Bachelor's with 6+ years experience)
- Master's degree from an accredited university (or Bachelor's with relevant experience) for non US roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, launch, and execute programs
- Established project management skills

Job Description Summary
- Holds overall project control activity and defines consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation.
- Impacts approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected organization and ways of working.
- Role has moderate autonomy, requiring a high level of operational judgment.

Basic Qualifications
- For non US roles: This role requires advanced experience in the function and digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university (or Bachelor's with experience in a relevant field).
- For US roles: Master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the function).
