- Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure implementation within area of responsibility
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks in operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering
- Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risks
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a relevant engineering or project management role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Documented project management skills

Job Description Summary
- Responsible for global project control activity and promoting consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation.
- Influences approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.
- Role has moderate autonomy and requires a high level of operational judgment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead/manager to determine scope of work and plan/monitor engineering activities for customer projects.
- Provide technical leadership and interface with proposal management, cost estimation, partners, customers, GE Vernova Product Engineering, procurement, and engineering subcontractors.
- Develop expertise in own discipline; serve as a resource for best practices/quality.

Basic Qualifications
- This role requires extensive experience. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
