We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team on the Frasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartments project. This exciting $100M residential development will deliver:

88 premium apartments

A 7-storey residential building

Two levels of basement car parking

High-quality residential and shared living spaces within the growing Shell Cove precinct

Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider delivery team, you'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery from structure through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes are achieved. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.

Assist with project programming and short-term planning.

Monitor quality, programme and construction progress.

Support procurement and management of subcontract packages.

Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
