IT Services Engineer

You will bring a positive, solutions-focused approach and genuinely enjoy helping people get the most from their technology.

To be successful, you will have:

At least two years’ experience in an IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Modern Workplace Support or equivalent Level 1 and Level 2 technical support role.

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications.

Working knowledge of Active Directory or Entra ID, Intune, MFA and remote-support tools.

Experience troubleshooting basic network, internet, VPN and Citrix issues.

The ability to investigate beyond standard troubleshooting steps, isolate root causes and identify the appropriate escalation pathway.

Experience supporting employees across multiple locations, including hands-on device deployment and onsite troubleshooting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A calm and organised approach within a busy, fast-paced environment.

Good prioritisation, time management and attention to detail.

A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the broader team.

A current Australian driver licence.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

A diploma or degree in IT will be highly regarded, as will ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Administrator, Azure or Entra certifications.

Experience within construction, engineering or another multi-site or field-based workforce environment would also be advantageous.
