As a Facade Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination and delivery of facade packages from design through to installation and completion. Working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, you will ensure facade works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical construction professional who has extensive experience delivering complex facade systems across large-scale building projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing facade packages within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of facade systems, materials and installation methodologies.
Experience delivering facade packages on large-scale projects such as high-rise residential, commercial, healthcare, education or mixed-use developments.
Knowledge of a wide range of facade materials including glass, metal, stone and composite systems.
Understanding of facade engineering principles, structural considerations and building performance requirements.
Experience working collaboratively with project teams, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, procurement and project programs.
Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations and relevant Australian standards.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and quality outcomes.
