- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of project activities
- Supervise and coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, utility, and machinery installation works executed by contractors
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and support drafting revisions where required
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and ensure timely material availability at site
- Ensure contractors execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedule, and HSE requirements
- Monitor daily site progress and contractor performance, and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve technical and execution issues
- Maintain project documentation, technical records, approvals, progress reports, and meeting minutes
- Support machinery erection, installation, alignment, utility integration, testing, and commissioning activities
- Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and recommend corrective actions to the Project Manager
